Login to trainingportal.linuxfoundation.org and click on Purchase History in the banner at top.
The receipt provided in Purchase History will indicate the date of the order, the name of the product purchased, and the total amount of the purchase.
If you have received a refund on the purchase, the receipt will indicate the refunded amount.
If you need to add any other details/info, please use the Customer Info fields provided on the Purchase History page. (You will need to click Save after entering the desired details, then download the receipt to see the updated info.)
